(6/09-05/10)
Responsible for supervising Inventory and Merchandising
Teams by overseeing all shipping and receiving operations,
inventory integrity, product displays and pricing, store
look and feel, stocking and organizing media product. Responsibilities also included At Risk product
management, inventory erosion, loss prevention, creating
department schedules, and training. In addition to this position, assisted in hiring
process by doing first interviews and running new hire
orientation class.
Media and MP3 Supervisor
(8/08-6/09)
Responsible for
supervising Media and MP3 sales team through training in
customer service and product knowledge. Managed business results such as revenue, accessory
and service plan attachments, and year over year comps with
a mindset of growing the business. Responsibilities also included performance
management, ensure proper organization of media product, and
growth through innovation. In this position, created and ran local store events
such as midnight releases, gaming tournaments, and exclusive
shopping events.

Responsible for Pricing Accuracy, in store ad support,
planogram updates and maintenance, store map integrity,
unloading and receiving shipments, and supporting sales
teams through maintaining a clean and organized store
environment.
Responsibilities also included raincheck maintenance,
fixture and signage ordering, and attending store leadership
meetings when supervisor was unable to.

Responsible for Customer service in the computer department,
with a focus on creating a solution that is right for the
customer, while offering available services that fit the
customer’s lifestyle. Responsibilities also included

Orchestra Coordinator Executive Board (08/03-05/07)
Organized and coordinated the instrumental music
element of the musical theater company, facilitated the
acquisition of music stands for the company, developed an
instrumental act in the company’s annual musical revue, and
served as liaison to the music department.
Orchestrated all music for the production of Cabaret.
